Phlox Ethnie Seeds

Growing Guide for Pakistan

• Sowing time: October to November in the plains once the soil cools; September to October in Islamabad; November in Karachi.
• Method: Direct sowing works well, phlox dislikes root disturbance; cover seed with 3–5 mm of soil, darkness aids germination. If raising in trays, transplant young.
• Germination: 7–14 days at 16–20°C.
• Spacing: Thin to 15 cm apart.
• Flowering: January to April; shear lightly mid-season for a fresh flush.
• Sun and water: Full winter sun; light, regular water.
