Shipping policy

Every order from The Garden by Chanan Din is packed fresh at our Lahore seed house and sent to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan. Here is exactly how delivery works, in plain words.

Delivery charges

Delivery is priced by the weight of the parcel. Seed and bulb packets weigh very little, so almost every seed order falls in the first row below. Compost, coco peat, hose reels and long-handled tools are what push a parcel into the heavier rows.

  • Lahore city: FREE delivery at any weight, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Enter your full Lahore address (postal code 54000) at checkout and the free option appears automatically.
  • Rest of Pakistan, parcel under 3 kg: Rs 250 flat, and FREE on orders of Rs 3,500 or more. Usually 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of Pakistan, parcel 3 to 5 kg: Rs 520
  • Rest of Pakistan, parcel 5 to 8 kg: Rs 750
  • Rest of Pakistan, parcel over 8 kg: Rs 1,500

The free-delivery offer on orders over Rs 3,500 applies to parcels under 3 kg. Heavier parcels are charged the weight rate above whatever the order value, because the courier bills us by weight.

The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay, no surprises.

How you can pay

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, so you can pay the rider when your parcel arrives. You can also pay before dispatch by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer; just send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number and we book the parcel the same day.

Parcels heavier than 2 kg are dispatched on advance payment only. If a heavy parcel is refused or returned the courier charges us in both directions, so for these we will message you with payment details before booking.

Prepaid parcels also reach you faster: 1 to 2 working days in Lahore and 3 to 4 across Pakistan, against 3 to 4 and 5 to 6 on Cash on Delivery.

Dispatch and packing

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Seeds are packed from our current germination-tested lot and sealed against moisture, which matters in the monsoon. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Order tracking

You will get tracking details by email or on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships. For a status update, message us on WhatsApp at 0333-6427336.

Where we deliver

We deliver everywhere in Pakistan, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Remote northern areas can take a few days longer than the times above.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp at 0333-6427336 or email us, and we will chase the courier for you. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no cost.
