Petunia Eagle Seeds

Growing Guide for Pakistan

• Sowing time: September to mid-October in the plains (Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan); late August to September in Islamabad and the north; late September to November in Karachi.
• Method: Start in nursery trays in a light, fine mix. Surface-sow and press in gently; petunia seed needs light to germinate, so do not cover it. Mist, never pour.
• Germination: 7–12 days at 22–26°C.
• Transplanting: Move to beds or pots at the 4–6 leaf stage, 20–25 cm apart.
• Flowering: December through April, with deadheading extending the show.
• Sun and water: Full winter sun. Water when the top inch of soil dries; soggy soil causes seedling rot.
