Godetia Grace Seeds (F1 Tall)

Grow tall, silky Godetia for cutting with Grace F1 seeds (Clarkia amoena). Long stems set with satin-sheened cups in pinks and salmons, a graceful late-winter cut flower that deserves far more space in Pakistani gardens than it gets.

Growing Guide for Pakistan

• Sowing time: October to November in the plains once soil cools; September to October in Islamabad; November in Karachi.
• Method: Best direct-sown in rows where it will flower, godetia resents transplanting; cover with 3 mm of soil. From trays, move seedlings very young.
• Germination: 7–14 days at 16–20°C.
• Spacing: Thin to 20 cm; closer spacing gives longer cutting stems.
• Flowering: February to April; cut when the first bud opens and the rest follow in the vase.
• Sun and water: Full sun; light water, minimal feeding.
