Dianthus Seeds (F1 Dwarf)

Growing Guide for Pakistan

• Sowing time: September to October in the plains; late August to September in Islamabad; October in Karachi.
• Method: Nursery trays; cover seed with 3 mm of mix.
• Germination: 5–10 days at 18–21°C.
• Transplanting: At 4–6 leaves, 15–20 cm apart.
• Flowering: December to April, one of the longest-blooming winter annuals; shear lightly if plants tire.
• Sun and water: Full winter sun; moderate water with good drainage.
