African Marigold Marvel II Seeds (F1)

Grow giant golden gainda with Marvel II F1 African Marigold seeds (Tagetes erecta). Dense, perfectly round double blooms the size of tennis balls on strong compact plants, the showpiece marigold for Pakistani beds, gamlas and wedding-season cutting.

Growing Guide for Pakistan

• Sowing time: September to October in the plains and Karachi for winter bloom; February to March for summer; by mid-September in Islamabad.
• Method: Nursery trays or direct; cover the long seeds with 5 mm of mix.
• Germination: 4–8 days at 21–24°C, among the fastest of all flowers.
• Transplanting: At 4–5 leaves, 30 cm apart; very forgiving to move.
• Flowering: Around 70 days from sowing; deadhead and the plant rebuilds its crown of blooms.
• Sun and water: Full sun; moderate water.
